The full PDF of the Clark v. State federal lawsuit is available for download here.

This is a U.S. federal lawsuit alleging that a school and related entities violated a high school student’s and his mother’s First and Fourteenth Amendment rights to speech and privacy (among other claims) by requiring the student to publicly “confess” his racial, religious and gender “identities,” and by punishing him for refusing to do so.
